STORY TOLD WRONG

“Story Told Wrong” actually started as a tongue-in-cheek EDM experiment, but once I teamed up with a fellow local songwriter, we realised it had a real emotional core. We stripped it back, reworked the structure, and then brought it to the band—where it naturally evolved into something way more ‘Tim Gambles’: a moody, melodic blend of pop and alt-rock. It’s a track about miscommunication, hindsight, and the way stories get twisted—whether in relationships or in your own memory.
